NH투자증권의 ‘NH DNA 퇴직연금 SmartX P’(44.46%)와 디셈버앤컴퍼니의 ‘에코모드 적극3’(42.93%) 등도 40%를 웃도는 수익률을 기록했다.RA 투자는 변동성이 극심한 장세에서 오히려 강점을 발휘한다는 평가를 받는다. 자산 배분을 중심으로 설계된 분산 투자 알고리즘에다 의사 결정 과정에서 인간의 감정을 배제해 투매 등 감정적인 행위를 줄일 수 있기 때문이다. 최근 국내 주식을 중심으로 변동성 우려가 커진 상황에서 특히 유용한 전략이라는 설명이다.업계 관계자는 “3분기에는 글로벌 반도체 업황의 상승세 둔화 우려와 미국·이란 전쟁 장기화 등의 영향으로 주식시장 변동성이 확대될 가능성이 크다”며 “국내외 안전자산 비중이 높은 RA 알고리즘이 상대적으로 우수한 투자 성과를 낼 것으로 예상된다”고 말했다.▶5060, 퇴직연금 AI로 굴린다=AI 투자일임 플랫폼 ‘핀트’를 운영하는 디셈버앤컴퍼니를 통해 집계한 결과, 전체 핀트 가입자 중 50·60대가 차지하는 비중은 현재 약 40%에 달한 것으로 집계됐다. 50·60대 비중은 2019년 말 3%에서 2021년 말 약 30%로 2년 만에 10배가량 뛰었고, 2024년 이후에는 40% 안팎을 유지하고 있다. 5년여 만에 13배 넘게 불어난 것이다.핀트 관계자는 “출시 초기만 해도 핀트의 주 고객층은 모바일 서비스에 익숙한 20·30대였지만 변동성 장세를 거치면서 국내주식에 투자하려는 중장년층의 유입이 가팔라졌다”고 설명했다.RA 투자 서비스는 투자자의 성향에 맞춰 종목 발굴부터 매수·매도, 정기적인 포트폴리오 리밸런싱까지 AI가 전 과정을 수행한다. 증시를 수시로 들여다보거나 직접 투자 종목을 고르는 데 시간적 부담을 느끼는 중장년층의 수요가 몰리고 있다는 설명이다. 특히 장기간 관리가 필요한 연금 자산으로도 AI 투자일임 수요가 확산하고 있다. 핀트의 개인형퇴직연금(IRP) 일임 서비스 전체 가입자의 5060세대 비중은 47%로 절반에 육박한다. 현재 퇴직연금 RA 투자는 현재 IRP 계좌에서만 가능하다.2019년 4월 국내 최초로 AI 투자일임 서비스를 선보인 핀트의 총 운용자산(AUM)은 올해 6월 기준 약 5666억원으로, 퇴직연금 RA 시장에서 약 36.2%의 점유율을 차지한다. 현재 NH농협은행과 KB국민은행, IBK기업은행, BNK부산·경남은행 등에 맞춤형 자산관리 솔루션을 제공하고 있다. 유혜림 기자。
